The situation
Hire Rightt has more than 22 years in the Dubai market — genuine longevity in a category where most firms do not last five. The problem was that nothing about their digital presence communicated it.
Executive search is a trust purchase. A company handing over a senior hire is betting on judgement they cannot verify in advance, so credibility signals do disproportionate work. When a firm with two decades of track record looks the same online as one founded last year, the experience stops being an advantage.
What we did
Brand identity
An identity built for authority rather than novelty. In executive search the audience is corporate decision-makers and senior candidates, both of whom read visual restraint as seriousness. We built the system around clarity and consistency — the opposite instinct to a consumer brand.
Corporate website
Structured around the two audiences that matter: employers evaluating whether to engage, and senior candidates deciding whether to register. Those groups want different things from the same site, and most recruitment websites serve one badly while ignoring the other.
The 22-year track record was moved from a line buried in an About page to a prominent credibility signal — because in this category it is the single strongest differentiator available.

The decision that shaped the project
We resisted making the site look like a modern tech startup. The temptation with a long-established firm is to modernise aggressively, but for a business whose value is experience and discretion, that would have traded away the asset. The brief was to look established and current at the same time — which is a narrower design problem than it appears.
