Branding Agency in Dubai — Logo, Identity & Brand Strategy
Premium brand identities built for the UAE market — logo systems, guidelines and messaging that command trust and justify premium pricing.
Branding is the reason two businesses selling the same thing can charge different prices. In Dubai, where almost every category is crowded and buyers make fast judgements from a phone screen, it is often the difference between being considered and being scrolled past.
This page covers what a brand identity actually includes, what it costs, when it is worth doing, and when it is not.
What is included in a brand identity?
A brand identity is the complete visual and verbal system your business runs on — logo, colour, typography, imagery, tone of voice and the guidelines that keep them consistent. A logo on its own is not a brand identity; it is one asset within it.
The test is simple: could a designer who has never met you produce an on-brand social post, and could a new employee write an on-brand email? If not, you have a logo, not an identity.
What we deliver
Logo system
Primary logo plus the variants real businesses need — horizontal, stacked, icon-only, single-colour and reversed for dark backgrounds. Delivered in vector and web formats. A single logo file is where most cheap branding stops, and it fails the first time you need a square profile picture.
Colour and typography
A defined palette with exact values for print and screen, and a type system with clear hierarchy. Constraints here are what make everything afterwards look consistent.
Brand guidelines
A document covering correct usage, spacing, what not to do, and examples. This is what allows anyone — your team, a printer, a future agency — to produce work that matches.
Messaging framework
What you say and how you say it: positioning, value proposition, tone of voice, and the sentences you use repeatedly. Most branding projects stop at visuals and leave the words to chance, which is why so many Dubai businesses look distinct and sound identical.
Applications
Business cards, social templates, email signatures, presentation decks, signage and packaging as required — so the identity arrives usable rather than as a PDF nobody opens.
Branding costs in Dubai
Brand identity work starts at AED 2,500. A logo alone can be bought for a few hundred dirhams; a system that holds together across every touchpoint is a different exercise.
| Tier | AED | Includes |
|---|---|---|
| Brand Starter | 2,500 | Logo system, colour, typography, basic guidelines |
| Brand Complete | 5,000 | Full identity, messaging framework, applications, social templates |
| Brand + Retainer | 3,000/mo | Ongoing design across campaigns, collateral and content |

When branding is worth it — and when it is not
Worth doing: you are launching; your visuals no longer match the prices you want to charge; you are entering a more competitive segment; your materials look like they came from four different companies; or you are about to build a website and need the identity settled first.
Not worth doing yet: you have no customers and no validated offer. Branding amplifies a business that works. It does not create demand that was never there. If you are pre-revenue, spend on finding out whether people will pay before spending on how it looks.
Logo design or full identity?
| Logo only | Full identity | |
|---|---|---|
| Cost | AED 500 – 1,500 | AED 2,500 – 5,000+ |
| Deliverables | One or two files | System, guidelines, applications |
| Consistency across channels | You improvise | Defined |
| Right for | Testing an idea | A business you intend to grow |
Buying a logo and improvising the rest usually costs more eventually, because everything produced afterwards has to be redone once the identity is settled.
Branding for the UAE market specifically
- Bilingual from the start. If Arabic matters to your audience, the type system needs to work in both scripts — retrofitting Arabic to a Latin-only identity rarely looks intentional.
- Premium signals matter. Dubai buyers read quality cues quickly, and under-designed materials cap what you can charge.
- Mobile-first. Your logo will be seen at 40 pixels in a profile picture more often than on a signboard.
What happens next
Branding is the foundation the rest sits on. Once the identity is settled, it feeds directly into your website, your social media and your content production — which is why we usually sequence it first when a business is doing several of these together.

How much does branding cost in Dubai?
Brand identity work starts at AED 2,500 for a logo system with colour, typography and basic guidelines, and AED 5,000 for a full identity including messaging framework and applications. Ongoing design retainers start at AED 3,000 per month.
What is the difference between a logo and a brand identity?
A logo is one asset. A brand identity is the whole system — logo variants, colour, typography, imagery, tone of voice and guidelines. The test: could a designer who has never met you produce an on-brand post using what you have?
How long does a branding project take?
Typically two to four weeks for a logo system and four to six weeks for a full identity including messaging and applications. Most of the timeline is revision rounds and decisions rather than production.
Do I need branding before building a website?
Usually yes. The website inherits the identity — colours, type, tone — so settling branding first avoids rebuilding the site later. If both are needed, we sequence branding first and design the site around it.
Can you work with our existing logo?
Yes. If the logo works we build the system around it rather than replacing it — colour, typography, guidelines and applications. Replacing a logo customers already recognise is a decision worth making deliberately, not by default.
Should our branding work in Arabic as well as English?
If Arabic matters to your audience, build it in from the start. Retrofitting Arabic typography to a Latin-only identity rarely looks intentional, and the two scripts have different spacing and weight behaviour.
What files do we receive?
Vector source files, web-optimised versions, every logo variant, colour values for print and screen, font files or licences, and the guidelines document. You own all of it outright.
Is branding worth it for a small business?
If you have customers and want to charge more, yes — it is what lets you compete on something other than price. If you are pre-revenue with an unvalidated offer, spend on finding out whether people will buy first. Branding amplifies a working business; it does not create demand.
Do you provide social media templates?
Yes, in the Brand Complete tier and above. Templates matter because they are what keep the identity consistent once your team is producing day-to-day content without a designer involved.
