Social Media Marketing Agency in Dubai
We manage social media for ambitious Dubai businesses — strategy, content, and community management that turns followers into paying customers.
Most Dubai businesses do not have a social media problem. They have a consistency problem. The account starts well, posts three times a week for a month, then service gets busy and it stops — and once it stops, the platform quietly reduces how many people see anything you post afterwards.
This page covers what social media management actually involves in Dubai, what it costs, what you get at each level, and how to tell whether an agency is doing real work or just scheduling stock posts.
What is social media management?
Social media management is the ongoing work of planning, producing, publishing and responding across your social channels — strategy, content calendar, creative production, posting, community management and reporting. It is not "someone posts for you." The posting is the smallest part.
For most Dubai businesses it covers Instagram and TikTok, with LinkedIn added for B2B. Facebook still matters for certain audiences but rarely leads.
What our social media management includes
Strategy and content calendar
We start with what you sell and who buys it, then build a monthly calendar around that — themes, formats, posting cadence and campaign moments. Seasonality in the UAE is specific: Ramadan, Eid, National Day, Dubai Shopping Festival and White Friday all need planning weeks ahead, not the day before.
Content production
Reels, photography, graphics and captions produced in-house. We batch-film so one session covers a month, which is the only approach that survives a busy period. Content is the part every agency claims and few actually do — ask any agency to show you footage they shot themselves.
Daily posting and scheduling
Publishing at the times your audience is actually active, formatted natively for each platform. Vertical for reels, correct aspect ratios, captions written for the platform rather than copy-pasted across all of them.
Community management
Replying to comments and DMs, usually within the hour. This is where most enquiries are lost. A meaningful share of DMs to Dubai restaurants and clinics are people asking about bookings, prices or availability — an unanswered DM is a lead you paid to generate and then dropped.
Reporting that means something
Monthly reporting on reach, saves, shares, profile visits and enquiries. Follower count is the vanity metric of social media — a reel reaching 40,000 non-followers in your area is worth more than 5,000 followers in another emirate.
Social media management pricing in Dubai
Our social media management starts at AED 1,500 per month. The Dubai market typically runs AED 2,000–12,000 monthly, with small agencies at AED 5,000–15,000 — so this sits at the accessible end without being a freelancer arrangement.
| Tier | AED/month | Output |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | 1,500 | 12 posts, 4 reels, 1 platform, community management |
| Growth | 3,000 | 16 posts, 8 reels, 2 platforms, stories, monthly shoot |
| Premium | 5,000 | 20+ posts, 12 reels, 3 platforms, 2 shoots, paid support |
Ad spend is always separate and paid directly to the platform. Full tiers are on the pricing page, and the budget calculator will suggest a mix for your specific business.
How much content does your business need?
| Business type | Reels/month | Posts/month | Priority platform |
|---|---|---|---|
| Restaurant / café | 16 – 20 | 12 – 16 | Instagram, TikTok |
| Clinic / salon | 8 – 12 | 10 – 14 | |
| Retail / e-commerce | 8 – 12 | 12 – 20 | Instagram, TikTok |
| Real estate | 8 – 12 | 10 – 15 | Instagram, LinkedIn |
| B2B / professional | 4 – 8 | 8 – 12 |
Consumer businesses need volume because their audience scrolls. B2B needs less volume and more substance.
Why reels outperform everything else
Instagram and TikTok both prioritise short video because it holds attention longer than anything else. For most categories the gap is not marginal — a fifteen-second clip of a product being made will consistently outreach a photo of the same product.
Practical rule: if you can only sustain one format, make it reels. Four reels a week beats fourteen photos a week, and takes less effort than most owners expect once filming is batched.
Which platform for a Dubai business?
- Instagram — the default for almost every consumer business in the UAE. Discovery, credibility and DMs all happen here.
- TikTok — strongest organic reach available right now, particularly for F&B, retail and anything visual. Younger skew.
- LinkedIn — B2B, professional services, recruitment, corporate. Organic reach is still unusually generous.
- Facebook — still useful for certain demographics and for running Meta ads, but rarely the growth channel.
Two platforms done properly beats four done occasionally. We would rather run Instagram and TikTok well than spread the same budget across everything.
What we would not do
- Buy followers. It destroys engagement rate, which is the number the algorithm actually reads.
- Post identical content everywhere. Each platform has its own format and audience behaviour.
- Promise viral. Nobody can. We commit to consistency and production quality, which is what compounds.
- Hide ad spend inside our fee. You should always see what goes to us and what goes to Meta.
Social media and Google work together
Social creates demand among people who were not looking for you. Google captures people already deciding. For a Dubai business with a physical location, running social without local SEO and a properly set-up Google Business Profile leaves the easier half of the job undone.
If you run a restaurant, our guide to social media for Dubai restaurants covers exactly what to film and a 30-day plan you can start immediately.
How we start
- Audit. We review your current accounts, what has performed, and what your competitors are doing. You keep the findings either way.
- Strategy and calendar. Agreed before anything is produced.
- Shoot and produce. One session per month at your location.
- Publish and manage. Daily posting, community management, monthly reporting.

How much does social media management cost in Dubai?
Our packages start at AED 1,500 per month for one platform with 12 posts and 4 reels, rising to AED 5,000 for three platforms with 12 reels and two shoot days. The wider Dubai market runs AED 2,000–12,000 monthly, with small agencies typically at AED 5,000–15,000.
How many times should a business post per week in Dubai?
Restaurants and retail need 4–5 reels weekly to stay visible. Clinics and salons 2–3. B2B firms 1–2, weighted toward substance. Consistency matters more than the exact number — the same volume every week beats bursts followed by silence.
Which social media platform is best for Dubai businesses?
Instagram is the default for consumer businesses. TikTok currently offers the strongest organic reach, especially for F&B and retail. LinkedIn wins for B2B and professional services. Two platforms done properly beats four done occasionally.
Do you create the content or do I have to supply it?
We produce everything — filming, editing, photography, graphics and captions. We batch-film at your location roughly once a month so a single session covers the full calendar. You approve before anything is published.
Is ad spend included in your monthly fee?
No. Ad spend goes directly to Meta or TikTok and is quoted separately from our management fee. Any agency that blends the two into one number makes it impossible for you to see what you are actually paying for.
Will you reply to comments and messages?
Yes — community management is included in every tier, and we aim to respond within the hour during working days. This matters more than most owners expect: a large share of DMs to Dubai restaurants and clinics are booking or pricing enquiries.
How long before social media brings customers?
Expect meaningful movement in reach within four to six weeks of consistent posting. Enquiries typically follow once the account looks active and credible to someone checking you out. Anyone promising results in a fortnight is guessing.
Can you manage social media in Arabic as well as English?
Yes. Arabic captions meaningfully widen reach for consumer brands in the UAE, and most competitors post English only — which makes it an underused advantage. We often produce both versions from the same footage.
What happens if I stop after a few months?
The content stays on your profile, but reach declines as posting stops — platforms reduce distribution for inactive accounts, and recovery takes longer than the pause did. Social media behaves more like fitness than a one-time purchase.
