The situation

Brands choosing an Amazon agency in the GCC hear from almost every agency that it is officially approved by Amazon. Most of those claims can't be checked. The site had to explain the services clearly, treat the UAE and Saudi Arabia as two different marketplaces, and give buyers proof they could verify themselves.

What we built

Five service pages: account management, PPC advertising, listing optimisation, social media for Amazon brands, and Amazon Service Provider Network services.
Nine category pages (beauty, fashion, healthcare, home and kitchen, sports, electronics, baby and kids, food, pet supplies), each covering that category's rules and buyers on Amazon.ae and Amazon.sa.
Arabic pages for Saudi buyers, alongside the English site.
A "check it yourself" section that names the exact Amazon Service Provider Network listings and tells buyers how to look them up in Seller Central.
Guides for sellers on GCC seasonality and choosing an agency, including a White Friday playbook and how to choose an Amazon agency in the UAE.
A free audit request as the main call to action.

The decision that shaped the project

Make every claim checkable. Instead of badges, the site lists the precise directory entries and shows buyers where to verify them. It also explains why an SPN listing is a directory listing, not a certification. That honesty is the argument.
