Restaurant Marketing Agency in Dubai
Reels, Google Maps, brand and websites for Dubai restaurants and cafés — run by an employed team in Al Garhoud, with prices published before you call.
Dubai has thousands of restaurants competing for the same hungry person holding a phone. That person isn't reading your website. They're scrolling Instagram, watching someone break into a dessert, and deciding where to eat tonight.
This page covers what we actually do for F&B businesses in Dubai, what it costs, and where another kind of agency would serve you better.
How Dubai diners actually choose where to eat
Two screens decide most of it. The first is Instagram or TikTok, where the decision gets made emotionally. The second is Google Maps, where it gets confirmed — rating, review count, photos, opening hours, how far away you are right now.
A restaurant that wins on one and loses on the other still loses the table. Beautiful reels and a three-star Maps listing with eleven reviews is a common and expensive combination. So is a five-star listing nobody has ever seen because the account posts twice a month.
We've written the long version of this in our guide to social media for Dubai restaurants — what to film, how often to post, and the mistakes that quietly waste a year. Read that first if you want the tactics before the pitch.
What we do for restaurants
Six things, and most F&B clients take three or four of them rather than all six.
- Social media management. Reels-first, four to five a week, captions in English and Arabic. Comments and DMs answered, not left sitting.
- Content production. Our own team shoots on site — food, kitchen, service, the room at the hour it looks best. We cover Dubai and the Northern Emirates.
- Google Maps and local SEO. The listing, the photos, the categories, and the review habit that moves you up the map pack.
- Websites. Menu-forward, fast on a phone, built so bookings and delivery links are never more than one tap away. See web design and development.
- Paid advertising. Meta and TikTok, geo-targeted to the people who can actually get to you tonight. Your budget goes directly to the platform and never passes through us.
- Brand identity. For new concepts and for kitchens that have outgrown a logo made in a hurry.
What restaurant marketing costs in Dubai
Published floors, not a range we invent after seeing your fit-out. Your quote lands on or above these, never below, and we tell you which before you commit to anything.
| What you need | From | Basis |
|---|---|---|
| Social media management | AED 1,500 | per month |
| SEO & content | AED 2,500 | per month |
| Brand identity | AED 2,500 | one-off |
| Website | AED 3,500 | one-off project |
Most F&B clients run a combined retainer rather than a single line. The full list is on our packages page.
Three-month recommended minimum on retained services, and no lock-in beyond it. Social media takes about that long to show whether it's working.
Franchise and multi-location F&B
A café website that serves customers and a café website that attracts franchise partners are not the same website, and trying to make one page do both is where most F&B sites fall apart. Customers want the menu and the location. Investors want to know whether this is a business worth putting money into.
We built Zafrani Café — a saffron tea concept in Dubai expanding beyond a single location — with those two audiences separated by design: brand identity, a franchise-focused website, SEO and social. It's live at zafranicafe.com, so you can judge it yourself rather than take our word for it.
Should you hire an F&B-only agency instead?
Sometimes, yes. Dubai has several agencies that do nothing but restaurant social media. If all you want is a reels account run well by people who shoot food every day of the week, one of them may serve you better than we will, and we'd rather say so now than three months in.
Where we're the better fit is when the work crosses lines. A new concept that needs a brand, a website, a Maps listing and an Instagram account started in the same quarter. An established restaurant whose website was built in 2019 and whose social is fine. A group opening a second and third location. Those jobs need one team that does all of it, not three suppliers blaming each other.
We're a team of eight in Al Garhoud, employed rather than subcontracted, and we've worked with 50+ clients across the UAE — currently 5.0 from 11 Google reviews.
How we work
A call first, where we ask what a good month looks like in covers and not in followers. Then a written scope with a number on it. Then the work, with a monthly report that leads on bookings, calls and direction requests rather than impressions.
If a channel isn't earning its place after a quarter, we'll tell you to stop paying for it. That conversation costs us less than a client who quietly leaves.
Frequently asked questions
Do you only work with restaurants?
No. We're a full-service agency working across hospitality, retail, real estate, healthcare and e-commerce. F&B is one of the sectors we work in most, not the only one. If you want a specialist who works exclusively in restaurants, they exist in Dubai and we'll say so.
Do you shoot the content yourselves?
Yes. Our own team films on site rather than asking you to send phone clips. We cover Dubai and the Northern Emirates for on-location shoots.
Who pays for the ads?
You do, directly to Meta or TikTok. Your ad budget never passes through our account. We manage the campaigns; the platforms bill you.
Is there a lock-in period?
Three months is the recommended minimum on retained services, because less than that doesn't tell either of us anything. After that there's no lock-in.
Can you post in Arabic as well as English?
Yes. Captions and community management in both. Arabic is written by someone who speaks it, not run through a translator.
